Cintra Park, Reading

Cintra Park is a very popular park serving a large populated area. The park already provides several sporting and recreational activities including tennis, football, basketball and outdoor gym equipment. The playground itself is very well used by all ages. However, the playground contained many items which had reached the end of their serviceable life.

With CIL funding secured, the Council wanted to refurbish and reconfigure the playground to update and refresh it, make it more accessible to all and add value to Cintra Park. HAGS was awarded the project after winning 60% of the votes during public consultation (where three designs were included).

HAGS was extremely helpful from the start of this project, providing advice and explaining everything thoroughly and clearly. Our HAGS Project Manager, Jilly has been very easy and enjoyable to work with.

The HAGS team has worked tirelessly to ensure that things have gone smoothly from start to finish and their installers were tidy, professional and reliable. When faced with obstacles, the HAGS team kept in regular contact and ensured that solutions were sought as quickly as possible.
