Maes Yr Haul Primary School, Cardiff

Maes Yr Haul Primary School located in the Cardiff area, has recently installed a brand new outdoor play area for Key Stage 2, providing pupils with a range of stimulating play opportunities.

The school’s main objective was to create a low maintenance, durable playground for the older pupils which would last the next twenty to thirty years.

As the school requested steel equipment, HAGS designers created a bespoke configuration with items from our impressive NRG range. Its’ distinctive steel curved arches and sturdy support posts distinguish it as an impressive range to stimulate interactive play and healthy exercise. The play area includes NRG Fusion, NRG Gaping Gyll, NRG Angel Cascade, NRG Jacobs Ladder and NRG Amazon Basin.

Susan Powell, School Administration Manager, tells us “The playground has really engaged the older pupils, the children absolutely love it!” Susan adds “The playground is very busy, we have even had to allocate time slots to each year group.”
