Project Highlights:
A fully inclusive and fully accessible playground, designed for people of all ages and abilities. The brief of this project was to include an inclusive and accessible play space that enabled all families regardless of their abilities to come and play together in one location.
We are really pleased as this park has been given a gold accreditation from Pipa. Which is the highest accreditation you can receive around designing an inclusive and accessible play space.
“The quality of equipment that has been put in by HAGS is brilliant. Class superior to what we have ever had before. It says it all when you have a 4 year old and 7 year old who don’t want to go home because the playground is so good. You can’t do better than that!”
“Able bodied children won’t find much difference, but it is the wheelchair users and children with mobility issues who are really going to enjoy the park.”
“Benefits children with additional needs because they can be apart of play and not sitting on the side-lines anymore.”
“The play space is huge, cool and there’s a large climbing frame! There’s a lot of obstacles and it’s fun to play on.”
