Sutton Park

Project overview

The Sutton parks team chose HAGS to design and construct an engaging play space for young children aged 2 to 3 and above. The playground needed to feature inclusive elements and be themed around emergency services to complement its location opposite St Helier Hospital.

The inclusive play area offers a variety of stimulating equipment aimed at providing a unique and enriching experience. The centrepiece of the playground is a custom-themed NHS ambulance, reflecting our dedication to community spirit and honouring the vital work of healthcare professionals.

To further enhance the emergency services theme, HAGS included fire engine-themed springers and a meticulously designed toddler unit. The playground also features inclusive play panels and a selection of musical instruments to support sensory exploration.

Additional equipment includes a trampoline, our wheelchair-accessible Mirage revolution, and swings, ensuring a diverse range of play options for the entire community. Which not only offers a safe and enjoyable space for children but also fosters a sense of community and contributes to the overall well-being of the residents.
